Digital drawings, building information modeling (BIM) tools and architectural presentation and application oriented productions lay among the fields of interest of SMAG Architecture. In this system, in which building modeling and building information are executed simultaneously, both technical production drawings and quantity schedules are created, so that the project can move to the construction phase in a controlled manner. We create an information rich BIM model from sketches, drawings, point cloud scanning or a scanned old JPEG / PDF document. We offer services with our special Revit contents, systems, drawing and visualization standards according to the scope of work - SOW and the required level of detail (LOD). In the process, we develop solutions with different levels of detail for different project stages such as pre-project, final project and application project. We work in coordination with other disciplines on the same model, and we use clash detection methods effectively. CLASH DETECTION SERVICES
The coordination of different disciplines such as structural, mechanical and electrical system clash detection; It is used to detect potential conflicts in a virtual environment before construction or manufacturing. In order for the clash detection to be done correctly, it is necessary to enter the elements for the disciplines into the system in 3D using detailed and accurate methods. Conflict detection is the centerpiece of virtual construction, helping to identify points that need to be addressed, thus reducing on site problems.

Çakışma tespiti, strüktürel,mekanik ve elektirk gibi farklı disiplinleri koordine etmek; inşaat ya da imalat öncesi olası çakışmaları sanal ortamda tespit etmek için kullanılmaktadır. BIM 4D SCHEDULING
The 4D BIM model provides time-related data such as construction, manufacturing, and submission time. By including dimension in the virtual construction model, we can prepare visuals of all manufacturing items according to their construction management cycle over time. We can document sequencing, staging, project progress and site management, process the requested construction activity parameters into our BIM models and generate integrated information.

With the 5D BIM model, we provide accurate cost estimation with automatic and complete extraction of quantities according to the design purpose. We construct and integrate the 3D smart model for cost estimation. We estimate the most realistic cost analysis according to the amount of materials we receive from the model, identify possible inconsistencies during the manufacturing planning and management phase, and provide appropriate solutions.
